  14. Jim O'Kelly says:

    Dear Pam,
In my den is a bulletin board. I pass it several times a day. On that board are mementos that I associate with people who are special to me. Those items keep those people vital to me, and remind me why they are special.
On that board for at least fifteen years is a photo of my buddy, Ed, Bruce, and me. It was snapped on a torrid Rutgers Homecoming Day a few hours before the big game. We are seated under a canopy about to sip a Budweiser to protect ourselves from the heat and humidity.
That photo will remain on that board for the rest of my life. It will remind me that Bruce was more than a Friend. Bruce was a Pal. With Love…

    Your Pal,
    Jim
