Online Condolences

  1. Barbara J Young says:

Rest in peace, Paul. I know you are sharing in God’s love and the forever love and company of Mom. You were the mechanical genius to all who knew you and The Good Samaritan to all animal creatures, big and small. We love you, Paul, and will miss you, big brother, and your soft spoken, friendly, “Hi yah all.”

  2. Mary Sue Jank Delrez says:

Paul I know you are now resting in peace with God and our mom in heaven. You were a great older brother to me. Even though you left home at a young age, you went out of your way to make me, your little sister, feel special by inviting me over to your first apartments in Saginaw and in Hemlock. You were such a quiet, soft spoken soul, and animals were drawn to you. You were a “Dog Whisperer” and slowly gained the trust of our dog “Heinz” and brought him home from McDonald’s, where you worked. You had a racoon named Boo Boo, for awhile. You raised pigeons and went out of your way to keep them warm in the winter.
At Arthur Hill High School you did track and pole vaulting, were a ski instructor at Bintz’s Apple Ski Resort, and were an Eagle Scout. You proudly served in the Marines for many years.
You were a mechanical prodigy and you always had a car in our driveway that you were working on. You helped our brothers Mike and Tim rebuild carburetors, and diagnose engine problems. We love you Paul, and you will be sorely missed.
