BEAUFORT, SOUTH CAROLINA - Wilmer Ray Thompson, 93, of Beaufort, husband of Elizabeth Jean Morris Thompson, died Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. A funeral service for Ray will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 30th at First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday at Beaufort National Cemetery with military honors. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 1226, Beaufort, SC, 29901.
