BEAUFORT, SOUTH CAROLINA - Shirley Stevens Mulligan, 95, of Beaufort, widow of Robert Ray Mulligan, died Friday, December 09, 2011, at Bay View Manor. A memorial service for Shirley will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 30th at The Parish Church of St. Helena with the Rev. Mark Avera officiating.
