Helen Bernice Giese

Helen B. Giese, wife, mother and Matriarch of the Giese Family has died after a short illness 15 August 2025.

Helen was born June 20, 1933, the youngest of three children to Helen (n’ee Malachowska) and Alexander Kiselewski of Kenosha Wisconsin. She survived her husband Henry R. Giese Jr., brothers John Kisielewski and Chester Kissel. She attended local parochial school of St. Casimir Church and Graduated from Saint Catherine’s High school in Racine Wisconsin in 1952. Helen met the love of her life, Henry Giese and was married in 1955, at St. Casimir church in Kenosha. She and husband to returned after an extensive military career to Kenosha to work and raise their children. For their final retirement and desire they returned to Beaufort to live out their days, 29 years later.

Helen is survived by her daughter Alexandra, sons Martin, Michael, and Mark and her daughter-in-law Sonja and her grandchildren Michael & Joseph Dinon and Philipp, Lukas and Annika Giese. She was an active member of the Roman Catholic faith and belonged to St. Peter's Catholic Church Beaufort SC.

A Memorial Mass for Helen will be held at a late date to be announced by Copeland Funeral Service.
