David Charles Lewis, 34, of Beaufort, South Carolina, died Saturday, August 20, 2016, at MUSC - Charleston. A memorial service will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon, August 25, 2016, in the chapel of Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive.
