Bayli was born in Atlanta, Georgia and a daughter of Jason and Elaine O'Connell Lake. She was a senior at Savannah College of Art and Design.
A graveside service for Bayli will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Beaufort Memorial Gardens.
Copeland Funeral Service is assisting the Lake family with arrangements.
